Jungle Studio Mail
Most mail apps set themselves up automatically. Just enter your email address and password.
iPhone, iPad and Mac
Download a profile that adds your account to Apple Mail. You'll be asked for your password when you install it.
iPhone: open this page in Safari, tap Download, then go to Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install.
Outlook, Thunderbird, Android, Gmail app
Add an account, type your full email address and password. The settings fill in on their own. If an app asks, use the settings below.

Username is your full email address. Use the same password for incoming and outgoing.
